A Canadian athlete with a background in competitive gymnastics and over a decade of experience in strength-based movement. Canadian Calisthenics Champion and World Championship competitor, founding the organization in 2022 to create inclusive spaces for women in calisthenics.

A former competitive gymnast and national-level climbing athlete who discovered calisthenics as her anchor postpartum. Certified coach building inclusive spaces for women to explore and reclaim their strength at every stage of life.

Emmi is a business student with a keen eye for creativity and strategy. As the Women’s Calisthenics Organization’s Social Media Manager, she helps shape our digital presence and amplify the voices of women in calisthenics. New to the sport, she brings a fresh perspective and a strong passion for building community and connection online.

Marlee is the backbone of WCO’s digital ecosystem. With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for innovation, she ensures that the organization’s systems, platforms, and brand identity run seamlessly. Marlee blends creativity with technical precision. Her work allows WCO to stay connected, organized, and ready to amplify women’s voices in calisthenics around the world.
