Liability Waiver
By participating in any Women's Calisthenics Organization ("WCO") event, workshop, meetup, class, demonstration, or related activity (collectively, the "Activities"), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk
Participation in calisthenics and other physical activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, fractures, falls, and other physical injuries. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the Activities.

Personal Responsibility
You are solely responsible for participating within your own physical abilities and limitations. You agree to stop participating immediately if you experience pain, illness, discomfort, or believe it is unsafe to continue.

You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to determine whether you are physically fit to participate in the Activities. WCO does not provide medical advice or individualized personal training, and participation should not be interpreted as such.

Compliance with Instructions
You agree to follow all instructions provided by WCO coaches, volunteers, event organizers, and venue staff, and to conduct yourself in a safe, respectful, and responsible manner throughout the Activities.

Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release, waive, and hold harmless the Women's Calisthenics Organization (WCO), its founders, directors, officers, coaches, volunteers, event organizers, sponsors, venue partners, affiliates, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to your participation in the Activities, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Emergency Medical Assistance
If an emergency arises during your participation, you authorize WCO to seek emergency medical assistance on your behalf if deemed necessary. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for any medical expenses or other costs incurred as a result of such assistance.

Photography and Media Release
Photographs, videos, and other media may be captured during WCO Activities. By participating, you grant WCO a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute your likeness for promotional, educational, marketing, and other organizational purposes without compensation, unless you notify WCO in writing before the event that you do not consent to such use.

Acceptance of Waiver
By registering for, RSVPing to, purchasing a ticket for, or otherwise participating in any WCO Activity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Liability Waiver and Release.
